Terravae Exchange Policy


We want you to love what you wear! If for any reason your purchase doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
1. Timeframe
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Requests after 7 days cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
•P ersonalized or final sale items cannot be exchanged.
3. How to Exchange
• Contact us at connect@terravae.in or ‪+91 9205024284‬ within 7 days of delivery.
• Specify the product and size you want to exchange.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.

4. Shipping Charges
• A nominal fee of ₹149 will be applicable on all exchange requests.
• Customers may be responsible for return shipping in subsequent exchanges (if applicable).

5. QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING
• Upon receiving your order at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.

6. Processing Time
• Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.
• The replacement item will be shipped as soon as the exchange is approved.
• If the exchanged item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or wait for restock.

7. Purchase Policy
• All sales are final. No returns are accepted you can only exchange the item purchased.
• PLEASE NOTE
Before making a purchase during a sale, ensure you have carefully reviewed the product details, size, and color to avoid any discrepancies.
• Please note that the shipping timeline for products bought during the sale can extend upto 15 days. 
• By purchasing , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
 
DEFECTED/ WRONG ARTICLE RECEIVED
• If you receive a defective or incorrect article, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Email us at connect@terravae.in with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or incorrect article.
• Upon receiving your notification, our team will review and verify the issue. If the claim is valid, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
-    Replacement of the defective or incorrect article.
• Please note that failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery may result in the claim being rejected.
